Operations control centers that bring every ITS system into one room, on one video wall, with the resilience to keep operating around the clock.
TAP designs, supplies and fits out the Operations Control Center (OCC), the room from which fare collection, fleet operations, passenger information, security, customer care and facilities are monitored and managed across the whole network.
The control-center package covers the large-format video wall, operator workstations for every system, supervisor and customer care positions, and the test and training equipment that supports them, all specified for continuous, high-availability operation with disaster-recovery provision.
Every position works from the same live data, so operators see one consistent picture of the network and can act on it immediately.
Room Layout
A Control Room Organized Around the Network
TAP plans the control room so that every operator has a clear view of the shared video wall and works at a position equipped for their function, with supervision, customer care and technical rooms close at hand.
