Tax matters, including income tax, sales tax and withholding, are managed by the finance function with the support of tax advisers.
Participation in public tenders is carried out with reference to the applicable procurement rules and the bidding documents issued by each authority.
Employment matters are administered with reference to the applicable labor laws and the terms of individual employment contracts.
Goods imported for projects are processed through customs clearance procedures, with shipment documentation retained on file.
Contractual requirements such as performance securities, warranties and reporting are tracked by the responsible project and commercial teams.
