We then deliver the full construction scope. Civil works, raised flooring, precision cooling, UPS systems with N+1 redundancy, generator integration, power distribution, racks, structured cabling, early smoke detection, clean agent fire suppression, access control, and CCTV are installed by our teams and our specialist partners under a single TAP contract.
Every system is strictly validated against design specifications prior to final handover. Commissioning protocols dictate comprehensive stress testing, including simulated power failures, UPS module redundancy checks, and thermal stability verification. We complete the deployment with full documentation, technical training, and integrated maintenance protocols.
