What We Do

Data Integration

We organize, standardize, and manage large scale datasets so your organization works from one reliable source for better decisions.

Every organization already owns its most valuable dataset. The problem is where it lives. Customer records sit in one department’s spreadsheet, billing history in an accounting package, operational figures in a legacy system nobody dares to touch, and years of files on individual computers. Each copy is slightly different, and nobody can say which one is correct.

Government departments carry the same condition at a larger scale. Land records, licenses, payroll, procurement, and citizen services each live in their own registers, built at different times by different vendors. The same person, plot, or asset appears in five systems under five spellings. Until those records are brought together and reconciled, no office can produce a complete and correct picture of what it administers.

The Consequences

Cost of scattered data

Conflicting Figures.

Finance, operations, and management each report a different total for the same thing. Time spent checking what is right instead of deciding what to do.

Slow Answers.

A question that should take a minute takes weeks, because no early access to the correct datasets.

Duplicate Work.

The same record is typed, corrected, and maintained manually. Staff time is consumed keeping copies alive instead of serving customers or citizens.

Exposed Decisions.

Budgets, plans, and audits built on inconsistent records do not survive scrutiny.

How TAP Solves It

Many sources in. Single truth out.

Integrated Security Solutions

TAP builds the pipeline between your scattered sources and one managed store. We begin by profiling what you actually hold: which systems, which files, how many records, how many duplicates, and which fields disagree. This assessment tells both sides the true size of the job before any work is priced or promised.

Our engineers then build the integration itself. Extraction routines read each source, transformation rules clean, match, and standardize the records against agreed formats and codes, and the result loads into a central database or data warehouse designed for your reporting needs. The pipeline runs on schedule after handover, so new records pass through the same validation as the old ones, and dashboards read directly from the one store.

We know the standard this work must meet because we have served the institutions that live by it. TAP’s government record includes the National Database and Registration Authority, the custodian of Pakistan’s citizen records and the most demanding data environment in the country. Serving NADRA and other federal institutions taught us the discipline that data work for the state requires: verification at every step, controlled access, and documentation that survives audit. We bring the same discipline to every enterprise and government dataset we integrate.

Our Technologies

WHAT WE DELIVER

The complete integration scope

Data Assessment

Profiling of every source: record counts, duplicate rates, missing fields, and conflicts, reported before the project is scoped.

ETL Pipelines

Extraction, transformation, and loading routines that move records from every source through validation into the central store on schedule.

Warehouse Build

A central database or data warehouse designed around your reporting questions, sized for growth, and secured by role.

Cleansing & Matching

Deduplication, error correction, and record matching under written rules, with rejected records logged for human review.

Standards & Codes

One agreed dictionary of names, codes, units, and formats applied across every source, documented for your staff.

Reports & Dashboards

Management dashboards and scheduled reports that read directly from the central store, so every figure has one origin.

THE TAP WAY

How we do it and and the impact on your operations

How We Deliver

01

We profile every source first, so the project is scoped on the real condition of your data, not an assumption.

02

Cleaning, matching, and standardization run under written rules that your team reviews and approves.

03

Old systems keep running in parallel until the new store is tested and your team signs off on the figures.

04

We document the pipeline, train your staff to operate it, and stay available under a support contract.

Business Impact

One version of every figure

Departments and management read from the same store, so numbers finally agree across the organization.

Answers in minutes

Questions that once took weeks of manual reconciliation are answered by a query against clean data.

Decisions that survive audit

Budgets, plans, and reports stand on validated records with a documented origin, for the boardroom and for the auditor.

Value that compounds

Every new system, dashboard, or analysis you build later starts from data that is already clean and standardized.
