The Core Problem We Fix

Four ways an ordinary server room fails

Server equipment concentrates heat and power demand in a way ordinary buildings were never designed for. Each of the four failure modes below is predictable, and each is prevented by engineering the facility before the equipment arrives rather than reacting after it fails.

Heat.

A loaded rack produces more heat than several household air conditioners can remove. Without precision cooling and planned airflow, hot spots form, servers throttle, and hardware life shortens.

Power.

Power problems are the leading cause of serious data center outages worldwide. An unstable grid makes conditioned, redundant power the first requirement of any facility in Pakistan.

Fire and Water.

A sprinkler discharge destroys the equipment it is meant to protect. Server environments need early smoke detection and clean agent suppression that extinguishes fire without harming electronics.

Blindness.

Without monitoring, the first sign of trouble is a dead service. Sensors for temperature, humidity, power, and access turn silent risks into alarms that reach staff before users notice anything.

Integrated Security Solutions

Every facility starts with a load assessment. We calculate the power and heat each rack will produce on day one and after planned growth, then design the room around those numbers. Layouts, cooling capacity, and electrical sizing follow the TIA 942 standard and Uptime Institute tier principles, matched to the availability level your operations and budget justify.

We then deliver the full construction scope. Civil works, raised flooring, precision cooling, UPS systems with N+1 redundancy, generator integration, power distribution, racks, structured cabling, early smoke detection, clean agent fire suppression, access control, and CCTV are installed by our teams and our specialist partners under a single TAP contract.

Every system is strictly validated against design specifications prior to final handover. Commissioning protocols dictate comprehensive stress testing, including simulated power failures, UPS module redundancy checks, and thermal stability verification. We complete the deployment with full documentation, technical training, and integrated maintenance protocols.
